Isola dei Nuraghi I.G.T.
Anna is the product of a blend of autochtonous Sardinian grapes, created to make the most of the expression of the territory. The union of these varieties gives rise to a wine with an interesting aromatic complexity.
The harvest takes place in the first ten days of September, once perfect ripeness has been reached, through a delicate selection of the grapes. This is followed by fermentation in steel at low temperatures for 15 days and aging for 8 months in steel with frequent batonnage.

Colour: deep straw yellow.
Smell: hints of white pulp fruit, flowers and honey, with a hint of the Mediterranean scrub.
Taste: full and round, characterized by good minerality and freshness.
Pairing:It goes very well with all fish dishes of the Mediterranean tradition. Very interesting with appetizers.
