Carlò

Isola Dei Nuraghi Rosato I.G.T.

The vineyards are located in the most suitable hills of Medio Campidano, not far from
city of Cagliari, in southern Sardinia.

The average age of the vineyards is 30 years, with one
planting density of approximately 7000 vines per hectare.

To maintain good quality
of the grapes, the bunches are selected before veraison and harvest
takes place in the second half of August, once perfect maturation has been achieved.

After a light maceration on the skins for 2 hours, the grapes are pressed and made
ferment at low temperature in steel for 10 days. This is followed by a refinement of
at least 6 months with frequent batonnage.
