Don Antonio

cannonau di sardegna d.o.p.

The vineyards are located in the Lower Campidano, in a hilly area very suitable for this vine.

The average age of the vineyards is 50 years, with a planting density of approximately 7000 vines per hectare. The low yield per hectare guarantees a high quality of the bunches, which are harvested in the second half of September, once they have reached perfect ripeness.

This is followed by fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature for 10 days and a minimum refinement of 8 months in 750 liter French oak barrels before bottling.

Rests at least 2 months in the bottle.
